The estate of the Atholl Palace Hotel sits on a hill above Pitlochry where, in the seclusion of our former walled garden, we have created a small collection of prestigious country lodges, cottages and apartments. Each of these remarkably spacious homes has been built to the highest modern standards and individually decorated to give each a unique character.

During your stay in your Scottish Highland Holiday home you may also enjoy full use, at no cost, of our beautiful swimming pools, gym and billiard table, within the hotel, and the leisure facilities in our extensive parkland gardens, tennis, putting, pitch 'n' putt. Your choice for eating out, includes the Verandah Restaurant overlooking the Tummel Valley, the Stagshead Bar, open throughout the day for snacks and light meals and afternoon tea served in the main lounge.

Located in the centre of Scotland, at the start of the Highland fault, Pitlochry is the ideal base for a truly Scottish Holiday. The Mountains of the Cairngorms National Park, the famous Lochs Tummel and Rannoch and the historic sites of Dunkeld Cathedral and the Battle of Killiecrankie are all within 20 miles. Pitlochry has a diverse selection of restaurants, tea houses and shops, and, with the Festival Theatre and regular Scottish events, has plenty to entertain you.

Please note that there may be building works going on within the old walled garden, which may mean noise through the day, but this is reflected within the price. During construction the contractors will endeavour to make as little disruption as possible, with the site being screened.
